This opinion is in support of the order filed April 21, 1999. Eric Blumenfeld and William Curry, Jr., (collectively Objectors) appeal a final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (common pleas court) granting Daniel P. McEl-hatton’s (Candidate) motion to dismiss the petition to set aside Candidate’s nomination petition (petition).
