MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RUSSELL G. CLARK, District Judge.
On November 25, 1980, plaintiff Julie Anne Barnhorst instituted this action, by and through her next friend and parent Marcella Barnhorst, to obtain injunctive relief against the defendants, Missouri State High School Activities Association (“MSHSAA”), Sunset Hill School (“Sunset”) and H. John Stander, in his capacity as headmaster of Sunset.
