OPINION
CEDARBAUM, District Judge.
Plaintiffs The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney Pictures and Television, and Buena Vista Home Video (collectively “Disney”) sue GoodTimes Home Video Corporation (“Good-Times”) for allegedly infringing Disney’s trade dress and assert theories of false designation of origin under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), deceptive practices and false advertising under New York General Business Law Sections 349 and 350, and common law unfair competition.
