This action was instituted by plaintiff to secure a divorce. The complaint contains two counts. In the first, relief is sought on the ground of desertion, and in the second upon the ground of extreme cruelty. The answer consists of general denials and allegations constituting recrimination. All new matters in the answer were put in issue by a reply. Upon the trial plaintiff introduced evidence in support of the allegations of his complaint, and rested.
