Appeal from Guthrie District Court. — Hon. O. B. Ayres, Judge. Action to recover for the value of certain property destroyed by fire set out by an engine operated upon the defendant’s railroad. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appeals.
