Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered June 30, 1998, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, sodomy in the second degree, aggravated sexual abuse in the first degree, aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree and sexual abuse in the second degree.
