This matter came on for hearing on September 18, 1995, on Debtors’ motion to further modify their Modified Chapter 13 Plan, dated July 7,1992, and confirmed September 11, 1992. An objection was filed by City-County Federal Credit Union, an unsecured creditor. The Court, having heard and considered the evidence and arguments presented at the hearing; having reviewed the post-hearing briefs filed by the parties; and, being fully advised in the matter; now makes this Order pursuant to the Federal and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
