Rhode Island State Fair Ass'n v. Racing & Athletics Hearing Board

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to have this court review and quash a decision of the respondent board. The writ was issued and in compliance therewith such board has certified the record of its proceedings in the matter under consideration.
