McKAY, Justice.

Appellee Roland Davis sued Harold Col-lum and appellant Norman Campbell for damages for breach of an oral agreement concerning the purchase of a tract of land. The case was tried to a jury, and based on the jury’s answers to special issues, the trial court entered judgment that Davis take nothing from Collum and recover $20,624.38 from Campbell. It is from this judgment that Campbell has perfected his appeal.
