Plaintiffs, Ms. Lola Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fleming filed this lawsuit on behalf of themselves and those similarly situated 1 in the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, on September 14, 2007.
