Joe B. Eeagin was convicted of murder in the first degree, and has appealed from the judgment and from an order denying him a new trial.
Some time late in the fall of 1921 the residence of a Mrs. Gambol, in Treasure county, near MeEae postoffice, was burglarized, and bedding and other household articles taken.
