MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVID P. MCDONALD, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of Huntco Inc. (“Huntco”) and three of its operating subsidiaries (collectively “Debtors”) to employ the law firm of Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, LLP (“BSPM”) as counsel. The United States Trustee (“UST”) filed an objection to Debtors’ motion asserting that BSPM is disqualified to serve as counsel to Debtors under 11 U.S.C. § 327(a).
