The appeal originally prosecuted under the above style and number should he dismissed because the order appealed from was not a final judgment, but subsequently a final order was entered by the circuit court in the same case, and an appeal has been perfected from that order. The motion of appellant to consolidate the two records, which were assigned the same number by the clerk, is sustained in order to save time and expense. *687The real issue between the parties has been adequately briefed.
