This case is before the Court on a motion by Providers Fidelity Life Insurance Company (“Providers”) to compel discovery of American Centennial Life Insurance Company (“American Centennial”).

The proceeding arose from a contract, entered into with this Court’s approval, under which the debtor, Tidewater Group, Inc., agreed to sell Providers all the stock of American Centennial, a subsidiary of the debtor.
