MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PETTINE, Chief Judge.
This action arises out of a labor dispute between Brown &' Sharpe Manufacturing Company and its employees represented by the local lodges of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, defendants in this action. Brown & Sharpe, plaintiff in this action, is a Delaware corporation with its main place of business at its plant in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
