Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Connor, J.), entered October 3, 1984 in Columbia County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondent to credit petitioner for additional jail time served, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered April 24, 1985 in Columbia County, which denied petitioner’s motion for renewal and reargument.
