—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J., at hearing and trial; Roman, J., at sentence), *549rendered April 26, 1999, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, burglary in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
