—In a proceeding to review the 1978/1979 tax assessment of petitioner’s property, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 28, 1978, which denied appellants’ motion to dismiss the petition for the failure to comply with certain provisions of the Real Property Tax Law.
