*431 Defendant Riverport Insurance Company ("Riverport") appeals from an opinion and award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission ("the Commission"), which concluded that Riverport is responsible for payment of all benefits due employee Warren Stippich ("plaintiff") for the injuries he sustained in a 6 October 2014 work-related automobile accident.
