State v. Reynolds

This is an appeal from the District Corut of the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, concerning the withdrawal of a guilty plea. We affirm.

The sole issue presented for review is whether the District Court erred by denying appellant’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
