Chief Judge BAKER delivered the opinion of the Court.

Contrary to his plea, a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant of larceny in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 921 (2012). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged, and the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals (CCA) affirmed. United States v.
