This action was brought to recover damages for injuries suffered in an automobile collision. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiffs and the defendants have appealed, assigning error in the denial of their motion to set aside the verdict and in the charge. The jury could reasonably have found the following facts: Boulevard is a through-way street in New Haven, forty-eight feet wide, running north and south.
