Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Walter Schackman, J.), entered on September 22, 1989, which, inter alia, denied the motion of defendants Silgo Corp. and John Horace to dismiss plaintiff’s first and second causes of action for failure to state a cause of action and to dismiss the cross claim of defendant Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, is unanimously affirmed, with costs and disbursements.
