In light of Florida v. Wells, 495 U.S. 1, 110 S.Ct. 1632, 109 L.Ed.2d 1 (1990), and Roberson v. State, 566 So.2d 561 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990), I am compelled to concur with the majority opinion.
