Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Clinton County) to review three determinations of respondent which, among other things, found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner, an inmate, was found guilty following a tier II hearing in October 2005 of possession of authorized articles in an unauthorized area.
