McCAFFERY, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Keith Grose, asks us to determine whether the trial court properly sustained preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer and dismissed his pro *439se amended complaint seeking damages for constructive discharge and civil conspiracy. For the reasons set forth below, we hold that Appellant’s amended complaint fails to adequately state a claim for relief. Accordingly, we affirm.
