Th~& is a suit in chancery, brought for the purpose of vaca .ting a d~éd of conveyance, and procuring a re-division to a moiety of 200 acres of land, or for generalyelief.
Alexander Brec.kenridg~e passed his bond. for 200 acres of land, which by sundry assignments came into the hands of John Netherton, who transferred the same to John Mathews and Henry Netherton.
