This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for court to review and adjudge indigency, requesting the court to appoint counsel to represent defendant at no cost to defendant. For the reasons expressed in this opinion, we grant defendant’s motion, and appoint Richard J. Makoul, Esq., to represent defendant.
