ORDER

David Gevas, an Illinois inmate, waited four months for the prison dentist who diagnosed his painful abscessed molar to extract the tooth. Gevas filed suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming that the dentist, along with the administrator of the prison’s Health Care Unit and several other defendants, were deliberately indifferent to his suffering in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
