This appeal is from the denial by the Criminal Court of Baltimore of a petition for a writ of error coram nobis. The defendant-appellant, Jackson, was convicted in that court on each of four counts of an indictment, and was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment. The first two counts were based upon forgery (forgery of a bill of exchange (a check) for $76.16) and uttering a forged bill of exchange (the same check).
