Appellant Dennis Brennan, a Florida resident, appeals pro se the district court’s dismissal of his counseled 28 U.S.C. § 1332 diversity suit against the Roman Catholic Diocese (“diocese”), a citizen of Syracuse, New York, for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2).
