In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant All Seasons Froperty Management, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated February 9, 2010, which denied that branch of its motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and, in effect, denied that branch of its motion which was to dismiss all cross claims insofar as asserted against it.
