—Order unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Supreme Court properly granted the motion of defendant County of Jefferson (County) for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against it. Plaintiff was traveling in foggy conditions on County Route 155 when he ran through a stop sign at the intersection of County Route 155 and State Highway 177 and his vehicle collided with a truck driven by defendant Joseph P. Coseo. In this negligence action, plaintiff alleges with respect to the County that there should have been route junction signs at the intersection and an advance warning sign.…
