DAUGHTREY, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from the district court’s decision in a diversity contract case that the agreements entered into by the parties were too ambiguous to be enforceable. The court reasoned that the parties had different interpretations of two core terms of the contract, each of which was “reasonable from their own perspective,” and that it was unreasonable to believe that either side would have agreed to the other side’s interpretation.
