CASE, Judge.

This is an appeal by the defendant, Stanley Serrano, from a conviction for possession of marijuana and from a prison sentence of from three to ten years.

The facts, viewed in a light most favorable to sustaining the conviction, are as follows. On 19 January 1970 several narcotics agents, armed with a search warrant, entered a two-story residence in the City of Flagstaff, Arizona.
