John J. Henneberry, Thomas J. Henneberry, and Frank M. Henneberry, individually and as copartners in two separate copartnership enterprises — one the Triangle Motor Sales and the other the Henneberry Implement Company — were adjudicated bankrupts on August 5, 1931, in a single cause No. 47511 of the District Court. The Henneberry Motor Sales, Inc., a corporation of which the Henneberrys were the principal, if not the sole, stockholders was adjudicated a bankrupt on August 11, 1931, in cause No. 47714 of the District Court.
