This suit was brought April 12, 1895, on two judgments amounting in the aggregate to about $9000, rendered by the Superior Court of Stanislaus County, California, on the 16th day of November, 1893, in favor of H. B. Davis and his wife, Elizabeth C. Davis, against Montgomery Baggs. These judgments revived two certain previous judgments in favor of same parties against same defendant, rendered in the same court on- day of-, 1886, in suits commenced in said court on June 22, 1886.
