DECISION

{¶ 1} ATT, Inc. ("ATT") filed this action in mandamus seeking a writ compelling the Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order which did not terminate permanent total disability ("PTD") compensation for David McGraw.

{¶ 2} In accord with the local rule, the case was referred to a magistrate to conduct appropriate proceedings. The parties stipulated the pertinent evidence and filed briefs.
