INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Catalina Alcaraz (“Ms. Alcar-az”) seeks a preliminary injunction to enjoin the foreclosure of her residence by defendants Wachovia Mortgage, FSB (“Wachovia”) and Golden West Savings Association Service Co.
