This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment order made by the Probate Court for the District of Bennington, pursuant to 12 V.S.A. §4712, construing the provisions contained in the last will and testament of Effie R. Mattison as it relates to the estate of her daughter, Barbara M. Mattison.
