John J. Thomas, Jr. (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed a referees decision that had awarded Claimant benefits for total disability under Section 108(n) of The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act (Act).1 We reverse.
