This matter comes to be heard on the motion of William T. Hopkins and Janet Hopkins, debtors and defendants in this adversary proceeding, for summary judgment in their favor on the complaint of Rickey L. Albin, D.P.M. and Judith E. Rubin, D.P.M. (“plaintiffs”) seeking nondis-ehargeability of their debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(6).
