Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (DiBella, J.), rendered June 7, 2005, *493convicting him of bribery in the third degree, attempted escape in the first degree (three counts), promoting prison contraband in the first degree (five counts), and conspiracy in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
