Jeremiah Holland appeals his conviction for first-degree murder and sentence of life imprisonment. Holland argues that the circuit court erred in admitting his confession because it was obtained in the absence of a knowing and intelligent waiver and in violation of the juvenile code. He also argues that the circuit court erred in allowing the State to recall State Police Sergeant Mary Margaret Kesterson to testify in violation of Ark. R. Evid. 615. We find no error and affirm.
