The question presented here is whether Florida will apply the monetary limitation of the Illinois death statute in an action brought in Florida against the manufacturer of the airplane to recover for the death of a Florida citizen occurring in Illinois on the return leg of a round trip flight under a ticket purchased and issued in Florida. We are of the view that the question should be certified to the Supreme Court of Florida by the Certificate attached. Fla.Stat. § 25.031, F.S.A.
