This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District, affirming a decree of the Superior Court of Cook county, rendered in a chancery proceeding commenced by appellee against the heirs at law of Andrew B. Jackson, deceased, his administratrix, and Charles H. Morse, appellant. The bill charges, that on the 5th day of March, 1874, Andrew B. Jackson, since deceased, and Charles H.
