This is a suit for the recognition and enforcement of a judgment *10rendered in favor of plaintiff against the defendant by the City Court of the City of New York.
The plaintiff alleged that' on December 12, 1919, the City Court for the City of New York rendered a judgment in his favor and against the defendant for $1,718.58, a copy of which he annexed to his petition duly certified by the Clerk of said Court, sealed with his seal and clothed with the certificate of the Presiding Judge of said Court that the attestation thereof is in due form.
