Judgment unanimously reversed, and matter remitted to Wyoming County Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: In this habeas corpus proceeding relator contends, inter alia, that a delay of 28 days between his arrest on August 24, 1972 and his arraignment on September 22, 1972 deprived him of his constitutional rights to due process and equal protection.
