The order, insofar as appealed from, granted the motions of defendants Calumet Properties, Inc., Ultimate Restaurants, Inc., doing business as Bacchus Wine & Bar Restaurant, and Steve Calvaneso, doing business as Bacchus Wine & Bar Restaurant, for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint against them.
