The defendant appeals from a plea of guilty and judgment of conviction rendered thereon in the City Court of the City of Hudson.

The def endant was charged with the violation of subdivision 2 of section 722 of the Penal Law of the State, of New York. That section reads as follows: “ Any person who with intent to provoke a breach of the peace, or whereby a breach of the peace may be occasioned, commits any of the following acts shall be deemed to have committed the offense of disorderly conduct: * * * 2.
